What you will need

• Minimum 2 years of relevant 360 recruitment experience plus a degree, or 5 years of relevant 360 experience

• Proven billing history and confidence managing a full desk

• Strong consultative and relationship-driven approach

• Motivation to relocate to Australia and commit to a long-term move
