Plenty of UK and Irish recruiters want to move to Australia. Most never do, because they can't see a route to staying longer than a working holiday allows.
This role comes with one.
Our client is a values-led specialist recruitment firm founded in Sydney in 2010, now with five city-centre offices across Australia and New Zealand. They work across perm, temp, retained and executive search, with 15,000+ candidates placed and 2,785 clients helped, and have been named Best Agency (regional) twice in the last four years.
They are hiring Senior Recruiters to grow their accounting and finance and professional services desks in Sydney. You arrive on a Working Holiday Visa, and after 6 months the business offers sponsorship so you can build a long-term career in Australia.

The honest bit
You need to be eligible for a Working Holiday Visa to make this move, and Working Holiday Visas limit you to 6 months with any one employer. That is why sponsorship is offered at the 6-month mark, so plan your timeline around it. Commission only kicks in above a quarterly threshold, so this suits recruiters who bill consistently.
