With an established brand, strong leadership and offices across multiple Australian cities, this business has built a reputation for quality delivery and long-term client relationships within the built environment market.

Due to continued growth, they are hiring two experienced consultants:

• Senior/Principal Consultant - Sydney
• Senior/Principal Consultant - Perth (priority hire)

The Role

You will operate as a 360 recruitment consultant within the property and real estate sector, managing client relationships, delivering placements and growing your own desk.

Depending on experience level, you may step into an established desk or build a specialist niche within the property market.

Typical markets include:

• Real estate and agency
• Property and development
• Construction and built environment
• Architecture and design
• Investment and planning

These sectors form the core focus of the business nationally.

What They Are Looking For

• Proven 360 recruitment experience - 5 years +
• Ideally property, real estate, construction or built environment recruitment background
• Strong billing track record and commercial mindset
• Ability to manage clients and develop new business
• Experience operating in a professional agency recruitment environment

For international applicants, sponsorship typically requires around five years of relevant recruitment experience.
