The Role

You'll recruit into highly specialised Engineering and Technology markets, working with innovative businesses across AI, robotics, medical devices, defence, aerospace and advanced manufacturing.

The business values consultative recruiters who build long-term client relationships rather than chasing activity metrics. Face-to-face client meetings remain a huge part of the culture, giving consultants the opportunity to become genuine market experts.

What They're Looking For

Strong 360 recruitment experience

Proven billing history (ideally £200k+ annually)

Self-motivated, relationship-led recruiter

Long-term commitment to relocating to Australia

Tech recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential. Recruiters from other specialist markets who can quickly learn technical industries are encouraged to apply.
