We're working with a global recruitment business that operates at international scale but has a much more personalised, boutique feel in Australia. As part of continued growth, they're hiring three Senior Recruitment Consultants into their Sydney Accounting & Finance team.

The team is structured across clear, well-defined desks, with strong leadership support and room to specialise without being boxed in.

The Three Roles

Permanent Accounting & Finance
Senior-level perm desk covering qualified and part-qualified finance roles.

Contract Accounting & Finance
Interim and contract finance roles across commercial and corporate environments.

Transactional Finance (Dual Desk)
A blend of perm and contract focused on transactional finance (AP, AR, payroll, assistants, junior accountants).

About You

3+ years' recruitment experience in Accounting & Finance

Comfortable running a 360 desk

Experience in perm, contract, or transactional finance

Commercial mindset with a relationship-led approach

Open to relocating to Sydney (or already based locally)
