We are a 4.5-star West End premium Modern Australian restaurant seeking a skilled, motivated Sous Chef & CDP to join our team.

We're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (Sous Chef or CDP)
• Proven grill station experience (steakhouse or similar preferred)
• Strong work ethic, natural leadership, and calm, professional presence in the kitchen
• Passion for food, flavour, and consistency
• Collaborative, team-first mindset
• Classically trained
