About the role

About us

Lochinvar Hotel is a Restaurant, Hotel & Motel in Lochinvar, servicing the local community & visitors to the area with quality, well priced meals. Working with our current Head chef, you will be required for 5 days a week, with flexibility to plan 1 in 3 weekends off or 2 permanent days off a week. Very flexible employment to work around what works best for everyone.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified Chef or 5 years cooking experience
  • Working within a team in a fast paced kitchen environment

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Cooking & Preparing Meals
  • Maintaining a Clean, presentable Restaurant & Kitchen
  • Staff training & supervision
  • Food Preparation
  • Adhering to all FSS requirements
