The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and help lead a busy, professional kitchen.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the kitchen team
• Deliver consistent, high-quality food through busy services
• Assist with ordering, stock control, and food cost management
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal updates

Menu focus includes elevated pub favourites, premium proteins, seafood, and modern classics.

About You

What you will bring:

• Sous Chef experience, or senior chef experience with readiness to step up
• High-volume pub, bistro, or similar experience
• Strong food cost, stock control, and kitchen organisation skills
• Calm under pressure and able to lead by example
• A focus on consistency, teamwork, and great guest experiences
