This is a new European-style bistro opening in Sydney’s south, part of a growing group focused on doing the basics well — good food, solid systems, and building stable teams. The venue is designed as a bar-led dining space (80+ seats) with a menu centred around seasonal European dishes and classic influences. The focus is on creating a kitchen that’s organised, consistent, and built to run properly from day one.
