Job Overview:
Duties include but are not limited too;
• Supporting the Restaurant Manager with all restaurant operations
• Supervising and training of crew members to ensure our team are performing their role at the expected level of The Char.
• Be present and hands on in all areas of the restaurant alongside your team (run the service, serve and interact with our guests, ensuring great service and experience).
• Motivate and encourage your team whilst creating a positive working environment and culture.

We are seeking:
• 2 or more years of leadership experience within a fast pace fun environment.
• People & Leadership skills – the ability to lead your team as Team Leader.

• Advanced communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Career driven & ambitious with the drive to grow within the business.
• Kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work on a rotating roster with the management team to ensure equitable distribution of shifts across a 5-day work week.
