About the Role

This is far more than a traditional Store Manager position. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day operation of a high-performing retail store, leading a close-knit team while working directly alongside the business owners. You'll be responsible for driving sales, managing labour and profitability, developing your team and ensuring every customer receives an authentic and memorable experience.

Skills & Experience

• Previous Store Manager or strong Assistant Store Manager experience in retail or hospitality
• Fluent in both Hindi and Punjabi (essential)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team
• Experience managing rosters, labour costs and daily store operations
• Understanding of P&L reporting, stock control and minimising wastage
• Confident using computer systems for rostering and administration
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Current driver's licence and full Australian working rights
• Willing to obtain a QLD Food Safety Supervisor Certificate and First Aid Certificate
• Happy to complete a Police Check
