Structural Steel Fabricator / Welder

Full-Time Position

We are a busy and growing structural steel fabrication company seeking a reliable and motivated Structural Steel Fabricator / Welder to join our team. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced fabricator or a hardworking individual with factory experience who is eager to learn and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG welding and structural steel fabrication
• Cutting, grinding, and finishing steel components
• Reading and interpreting workshop drawings (preferred)
• Assisting with assembly and installation of steel structures
• Loading and unloading materials
• General workshop duties and housekeeping
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

Requirements:

• Proven MIG welding experience (essential)
• Experience in structural steel fabrication (essential)
• Ability to use hand and power tools confidently
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift Licence and/or White Card (advantage but not essential)
