The Role
Due to rapid growth, we are hiring multiple team members to join our installation crews. You’ll work across a variety of sites and projects, gaining valuable hands-on experience in:

• Rubber surfacing (playgrounds, sports tracks)
• Acrylic coatings (tennis & multi-sport courts)
• Synthetic grass installation
• Playground & sporting equipment construction
• Demolition, earthworks & site preparation

What We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including those seeking visa sponsorship. Ideal candidates will have:

• A positive, hardworking attitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good communication skills
• Physical fitness for hands-on work
• Flexibility for a 6-day roster and occasional regional work
• Commitment to workplace safety (WHSE)
• Attention to detail

Required:

• White Card
• Blue Card / DCSI Working With Children Check
• Driver’s license (MR Preferred)

*We can assist in attaining the above if you do not have!

Highly Regarded (but not essential):

• Machinery tickets (excavator, skid steer, etc.)
• Traffic management, working at heights
• Previous construction or labouring experience

No experience? No problem — we provide full on-the-job training.
