Hanashi Izakaya – Melbourne

We are looking for a Sushi Chef or Yakitori Chef to join our team.

Position

• Full-time

• 5–6 days per week

• Night shifts only (starting around 4PM – 10PM or later)

• No morning shifts, enjoy your mornings and afternoons free

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in sushi sashimi or yakitori or japanese kitchen operations

• Calm and composed during busy service

• Good attitude, discipline, and strong character

• Team player with long-term mindset

• Willing to learn, training provided

• Australia work rights required for this position
