Khan Curry Hut is looking for an experienced and passionate Full-Time Tandoor Chef to join our busy and growing team in Geelong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook tandoori dishes including naan bread, kebabs, tikka, and other traditional items
• Operate and manage the tandoor oven safely and efficiently
• Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen operations
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are always maintained
• Work effectively as part of a team during busy service periods

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Tandoor Chef
• Experience with tandoor cooking techniques and equipment
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and spices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Sponsorship available for suitable candidates
