A popular Indian restaurant is looking for an experienced Indian chef to join our kitchen team.

About the role:

  • Full-time position, 38 hrs/week
  • Preparing authentic North & South Indian dishes — curries, tandoori, biryani, and more
  • Working in a friendly beachside restaurant setting
  • Maintaining consistent quality and presentation during service

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Indian cuisine chef (restaurant or hotel setting)
  • Strong knowledge of tandoor cooking, spice balancing, and traditional techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy service environment
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and passionate about food quality
