Key Responsibilities

• Install, test and maintain electrical components, accessories and vehicle systems.
• Use modern diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve electrical issues before delivery to customer.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications and Australian safety standards.
• Stay up to date with Toyota technology and industry best practices.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• A recognised Automotive Electrical trade qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience as an Auto Electrician.
• Strong experience working on Toyota vehicles.
• Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Good English communication skills.

International Applicants

Applicants applying from outside Australia must also meet Australian migration requirements where applicable, including:

• IELTS or PTE English language test (if required by the Australian Government), or
• Evidence of at least five years of secondary or tertiary education completed in English.

In addition, applicants must satisfy one of the following:

• A successful TRA or VETASSESS Skills Assessment (where applicable); or
• An Australian Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology (or equivalent); or
• A recognised international trade qualification accepted for Australian migration purposes.
