Description

We are looking for a motivated and organised Truck Dispatcher to join our transport team based in Truganina, Victoria. Freshers are welcome to apply, and training will be provided to the right candidate. Visa sponsorship may also be available for suitable candidates, subject to eligibility and applicable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Allocate jobs and organise daily delivery schedules for truck drivers.

* Coordinate local and interstate transport operations.

* Communicate with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff.

* Monitor deliveries and update job records.

* Prepare delivery paperwork, run sheets, and other transport documents.

* Assist with daily operations and manage scheduling changes.

* Ensure deliveries run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

* Freshers are welcome; previous experience is not essential.

* Good communication and organisational skills.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

* Reliable, punctual, and responsible attitude.

* Transport or logistics experience is an advantage but not essential.
