About the Role

Due to continued project wins, we are seeking an experienced TBM Operator (ISEKI) to join growing site teams across NSW.

You’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient operation of micro tunnelling equipment, while supporting and leading crews to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor ISEKI Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM)
• Ensure safe and efficient tunnelling operations
• Supervise and coordinate site-based crews
• Maintain high standards in safety, quality, and productivity

About You

• Proven experience operating ISEKI micro TBM equipment (essential)
• Experience with Herrenknecht TBM (highly regarded)
• Demonstrated ability to lead or supervise teams
• Strong knowledge of site safety and compliance
• Current White Card
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-focused

Desirable:

• Background in pipeline construction or civil plant operations
