Saltwater is a busy coastal restaurant and event venue open Wednesday to Sunday on Phillip Island, Victoria. We're seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our FOH operations and functions.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Skills Assessment: Café or Restaurant Manager (required)
Strong wine knowledge and awareness of current food trends
Proven staff management, hiring, and training skills
Function & wedding event coordination experience
Rostering, supplier liaison, and cost control knowledge
Excellent communication, grooming, and time management
This is a hands-on role for a motivated hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Salary: Full Time Contract $76K–$90K + Super & Leave Flexible option: Permanent part-time (Fri–Sun). Salary negotiable. Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
