WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Must have valid working rights in Australia
  • Experienced Cooks, Demi Chefs, or Chef de Parties ready to take the next step
  • Passionate about food and eager to keep learning
  • Able to perform consistently in a high-pressure service environment
  • Strong skills in prep, section management, and presentation
  • Reliable, organised, and team-focused
  • Someone who wants to progress and build a career, not just work another kitchen job
  • Available to work a 4-day roster
