I’m currently recruiting for multiple Physiotherapist opportunities across Victoria within residential aged care and community settings. These roles suit clinicians who are proactive, switched on, and enjoy working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support older adults with mobility, function, and quality of life.
Current Opportunities
Swan Hill – Full-time role across two residential aged care sites (3 days at a 65-bed facility, 2 days at a 30-bed facility). Travel between sites reimbursed.
Geelong – Full-time opportunities across aged care facilities in North and South Geelong.
Shepparton – 4 days residential aged care + 1 day community / Home Care Package work.
The Role
Deliver physiotherapy assessments, treatment and mobility support for older adults
Run exercise programs and support falls prevention, strength and functional outcomes
Work collaboratively with nursing staff, care teams and visiting allied health clinicians
Manage your own caseload with autonomy and strong clinical judgement
What We’re Looking For
AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Strong clinical reasoning and a proactive, independent working style
Aged care experience is highly regarded, but training and support can be provided for the right person
